Full Time- 32/40 hours. The Facility Scheduler is responsible for assisting with general administrative support functions within the office location, answering and directing telephone callers to requested individuals. Assist with the administrative support functions within the office location as directed by the Business Office Manager or Administrator. The Facility Scheduler is to coordinate personnel activities in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the Business Office Manager, to assure that quality personnel are interviewed, informed, and employed. Salary range based on experience.
